Galantin Noodles

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 1 / 2 tea spoon soy sauce
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 1 / 2 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon powdered tea mrica
  • 1 / 4 spoon nutmeg tea
  • 1 / 2 tea spoon sugar
  • Tea 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of tea water, diluted to thickening
  • 50 g peas
  • 1 / 4 tea spoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons margarine for sauteing
How to make:
