Sweet Spicy Fried Egg
Here's one of my favorite menu spicy sweet fried eggs, where eggs are high in vitamins and protein that is very good for our bodies.
Materials:
chicken eggs 4 eggs
50-100 ml of water
1 teaspoon tamarind water
½ cm ginger, peeled and crushed
cooking oil to taste
materials that have been refined
2 cloves garlic
red onion 4 cloves
4 fruit kriting red chili
4 parts cabei pepper or to taste you
1 teaspoon ebi, warm water soaked and dried
salt


How to make it
heat the oil over a small round pan, sprinkle with 1 egg salt to taste, cook until cooked through and lift
heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute ginger seasoning until tender and fragrant
pour water, cook until boiling
discard the ginger and add tamarind water and stir well
enter the eggs, cook until the flavor is absorbed and low water. Serve
